  • Russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Pre heat oven to 450 degrees
  • Wash and dry potatoes
  • Brush with olive oil
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bake for 45 minutes-60 minutes depending on size of potato
  • To decrease cooking time (30 minutes) I cut slices across the potato, do not cut all the way through.
