Good Morning Smoothie

Breaking fast today with my final smoothie for our reset in the FASTer Way. I will tell you, I am done with smoothies every day. I need food I have to chew. If you have ever done a diet plan with only smoothies, you lose the weight. I know I did. But what happens when you start eating again.

Good bye smoothies – Hello weight.

The FASTer Way used the smoothies to flood your body with micro nutrients only for a short period of time. We also made sure you had your meals with actual food. It helped us reset mentally with focusing back to whole food and healthy eating and yes, a little water weight was lost.

Today’s smoothie I added in a banana and cutie to my FWTFL snack smoothie. It was so much better!!!


1 cup of green tea-cold 1 cup of loosely packed spinach

1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro 1/2 cup cucumber

1 cup pineapple 1 banana

1 cutie (mandarin orange) 1 Tbs ginger

1/2 avocado Coconut water to thin out if needed

You can also add in your favorite protein powder or collagen. I like KOS plant based protein powder and Great Lakes Collagen. These macros do not have the added in protein. 475 calories: Carbs-86g/Protein-10g/Fat-12g

Directions: Add all ingredients into blender. Blend till smooth. Add in coconut water as needed to get texture your like.

Tip- I freeze my produce into the serving sizes I need and then put them into a freezer bag labeled with type of smoothie. Freezing the produce separately prevents the produce from sticking together.
