Meals for Moffett- Week February 24

This is the last week of our vegan challenge with the FASTer Way To Fat Loss VIP membership. I am a little torn and in a dilemma. Within the first week my joint pain was no longer bothering me. Not sure what I will do come March 1st.

I am thinking I will add back eggs to my diet first to see how my body handles them. Then I will add in seafood. Not sure about the rest. I will keep you updated.

I love the new vegan recipes and this way of cooking. I was overwhelmed at first thinking I was going to have to cook two meals at dinner; one for my family then one for me. I quickly adapted to cooking the base meal without the meat and provided meat for them to add into their meal.

This is what I will do with the Venison chili this week. Cook the entire meal without the meat, pull out the amount I will need for me then add in the venison. Also, found out Granny’s cornbread recipe was from the cornmeal bag and she added in sugar, baking powder and soda, with buttermilk. No one knows the exact measurements. So Pinterest it is. I found a Southern cornbread recipe, plus one that uses self rising cornmeal.

Chick pea patty

MondayTuna patties for the family and Chick pea patties for me. With a side of Ratatouille

Tuesday– Green Goddess Bowl. This is a VIP FASTer way meal. It is made up of greens, dill humus, avocado and basically anything green. Get your free 5 day FWTFL meal plan.

Wednesday– Sloppy Joes – with meat and vegan style, with a side of sweet potato fries. De-cluttered my kitchen and found the french fry cutter Kenny bought.

Venison Chili

ThursdayVenison Chili I will take my part out before I add in the meat.
