Meals for Moffett Week March 23

On this Monday take time today to live in the present. Focusing on what if, when will it, and the future during this time is allowing fear to creep into your thoughts and steal the joy you can find with your family and faith. . Look for one thing your are grateful for today……………….. Look for one thing you appreciate about your body (because you are breathing and living). …………….. Look for one goal to live life in the present today…………….

I am grateful my daughter found a job. I appreciate my lungs today (nicotine free and able to breath in fresh air). I am focusing on hydrating my body with micronutrients while I fast today and completing my at home FASTer Way To Fat Loss BARRE workout.

This week I am keeping it simple so I don’t have to stress with cooking, shopping and taking time to connect to my inner strength and peace.

MondaySauteed redfish, sweet potato fries (frozen) and salad (bagged)

Tuesday– Sloppy Joes with ground venison -following the package of McCormick’s sloppy joe mix easy. Adding a salad

Wednesday- Vegetable soup with or without beef

Thursday- Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken – low carb today. This is delicious.

Friday- Slow cooker Beef Stoganoff
