We finished our Big Sandy Thanksgiving holiday this last weekend. My brilliant self-thought I had the recipes online. Nope, I didn’t. So, I was scrambling, looking at Pinterest to find the closest recipe I could for the sweet potato casserole. Mom does not get up early and I was up by 6 cooking.
My sister texted me for the green bean casserole and guess what it wasn’t there either. Then my daughter texted wanting the broccoli and rice casserole, still not there.
Well this problem is fixed. I made a Moffett/Creel link in my recipes so everyone can have quick access including me. LOL.
This is a short week for cooking our carb cycle and healthy meals. I am using Thanksgiving for my leg day treat day. Will do my 5K that morning and then go cook.
Enjoy. Remember these meals are not affiliated with the FASTer Way To Fat Loss meal plans that I coach and I am not a registered dietician. These are for you to find ideas to help plan your meals. And learn a little coastal, southern cooking along the way, with a little bit healthy.
