Meals for Moffett Week of March 2nd

This is it, the end of our vegan challenge in the FASTer Way To Fat Loss. One great thing about being in the FWTFL membership is our program founder mixes things up a bit. Your body will get used to you eating the same macros and food. Changing up our carb cycle and macros allows for our Thyroid to function at optimal health and prevents us from hitting the plateau wall. It also allows for you to refocus and maybe get back on track to pay attention to what you are eating.

For me it helps me to not get bored.

I have enjoyed the vegan recipes and loved how my joint pain went away. I did notice my sweet cravings was elevated this month. Not sure if it was the extra carbs I ate trying to get my protein and macros in.

I will start with eggs for the first part of the week during my breaking fast. I want to see how my body reacts to having eggs before I add any other meat products. By Wednesday though, I will be having fresh fish and we will go from there.

TuesdayEgg role in a bowl with low carb won-ton soup.

WednesdaySauteed Redfish, bake potato, and salad

ThursdayPork roast, rice and broccoli. I will be having a chickpea rice bowl with veggies. Not ready for pork yet.

Friday– Kenny’s cooking – steak and salad

SaturdayCrawfish pie. This is Shelly’s recipe. It’s great when you have the leftover crawfish from your parties.

SundayFried venison, mashed potatoes and green beans
