It has started. The holidays are upon us. This week will be filled with Thanksgiving lunches and dinner. It will also have two days of travel.
One thing that keeps me on track during the holiday season, is I continue to practice my intermittent fasting. One good thing my carb cycle is falling on my regular macro days.
I go into each holiday dinner eating till I am 80% full. I take time to make sure I stay hydrated with water.
I enjoy a bite of the desserts that I do not get during the year. Yes, it will be more than one dessert. LOL.
I understand and know this one day or these 6 upcoming days will not undo all the work I have and will put in on the other 55 days.
When we travel, we make sure we stock up on nuts, beef jerky, and water. Prior to the FASTer Way we stopped at the convenient stores and stocked up on chips and candy with the large fountain drinks. Kenny sometimes sneaks in the junk and I do partake.

Just make sure you get right back on plan the next day or the next meal.
Tuesday– Spring roll and FASTer Way To Fat Loss Sushi bowl deconstructed. FWTFL meals are provided to you when you join my 6-week online nutrition and fitness program. We even give you the grocery list. I doubled the smoked salmon and had cauliflower rice. It is low carb day, so I passed on the spring roll. I need to remeber low in calories, but not low in carbs.
Wednesday – Thanksgiving dinner with Father-n-law
Thursday – Chicken fried venison, mashed potatoes and green beans
Friday– Road tripping
Saturday – Thanksgiving in Big Sandy
Sunday– Road tripping
