Week 23 Meals for Moffett

Last week was not a great week for preparing meals, but everyone was fed and no one starved. This week I opted to recipes that I know and are easy to prepare. Practicing the FASTer Way To Fat Loss lifestyle on carb cycle days I look for recipes that I can control the carbohydrate macro. I usually substitute the bread crumbs with pork rinds.

Also, friendly reminder, I am not a registered dietician and these recipes are not endorsed by the FWTFL company. These are my family recipes we like. I am loving the cooking part of the FASTer Way and manipulating the carbs and dairy as I cook.

One thing you may see in some of my recipes are links to pampered chef products. I have been using pampered chef, since the 90’s. I still have my garlic press, pots and many more products that I originally bought in the 90’s. I had to replace my pizza stone, so it was cheaper to sign up as a consultant. If anyone wants to have an online party or a cooking party at their house let me know. I do not actively sell. My passion is health and wellness with the FASTer Way To Fat Loss, teaching women and men the lifestyle of eating intentionally, self-grace and mindset of breaking the “all or nothing” mentality.

Monday we are having the best meatball I have ever tried. It is a Low Carb Meatball Casserole. Since I do dairy free, I will not add cheese to 2 meatballs. 1 for dinner for me and the other 1 for leftover lunch.

Tuesday Meatloaf. I have never written this recipe out. I usually follow the back of the meatloaf seasoning packet I use. Mom’s called for brown gravy over the top, but we use ketchup. Watch out for the extra sugars in ketchup. Here is a low carb ketchup made with honey and has no high fructose corn syrup. Heinze reduced sugar ketchup.

Wednesday Honey bourbon chicken and broccoli will pick up fried rice from Happy Buda

Thursday Kenny’s working, so I will be grilling on my George Foreman grill. Easy and in the a/c. Grilled Chicken Salad with Quinoa. This is grilled chicken on your favorite greens, tomatoes, cucumber and boil a bag quinoa for my carbs. Plus we will have mom’s fruit salad. The fruit salad is always a hit during summer time or holiday gatherings. Sweet and delicious.

Sunday Beans and rice with sausage. Easy slow cooker or crockpot meal. I usually start this before we go to church and it is done by dinner time.
