Week 24 Meals for Moffett’s

FASTer Way To Fat Loss weekly carb cycle meal schedule

This week Kenny actually helped me create our meals for the week. I had to create the new recipes for the seafood into my recipe page. This took some time. Then I realized why cook fish twice, when we can cook fish one day and then have leftovers for the fish tacos. Brilliant!! Plus, I am traveling on Tuesday, so I know they would not cook the recipe another FASTer Way To Fat Loss coach shared that I was going to try. So the new recipe got moved to Monday.

Manwich Monday and cloud bread became Manwich’s on Tuesday and my family will probably opt for the hamburger bun. The men’s program in the FWTFL they can have 100 grams of carbs, but we practice gluten free. Kenny’s not there yet, but that is ok. It’s about the food choices, portion sizes and moderation.

Also, friendly reminder, I am not a registered dietician and these recipes are not endorsed by the FWTFL company. These are my family recipes we like. I am loving the cooking part of the FASTer Way and manipulating the carbs and dairy as I cook.

One thing you may see in some of my recipes are links to pampered chef products. I do not get comission or track your personal information when you click on the links to look at the products. I have been using pampered chef, since the 90’s. I still have my garlic press, pots and many more products that I originally bought in the 90’s. I had to replace my pizza stone, so it was cheaper to sign up as a consultant. If anyone wants to have an online party or a cooking party at their house let me know. I do not actively sell. My passion is health and wellness with the FASTer Way To Fat Loss, teaching women and men the lifestyle of eating intentionally, self-grace and mindset of breaking the “all or nothing” mentality. Plus the love for cooking.

Monday: Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Squash with Asparagus and Bacon. This looked delicious when Cali posted it on her IG, plus it was created by registered dieticians @therealfoods.com. It’s with nutritional yeast again. Not letting the family in on this secret. I’m going to cook and serve this one as is. The link works on my computer but not my phone. You do go to the landing page of Therealfoodrd. Once you are there all you need to do is type in the name of the recipe. It is worth the effort.

Tuesday: Manwich’s. It is a big debate on using the can or the dry seasoning packet at our house. I have always used McCormick Manwich seasoning. I follow the instructions on the back of the packet, plus I add in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Here is the link for the Cloud Bread if you are doing low carb. This time I get to add my Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Sesame seasoning. I get mine from Amazon, since we don’t have a Trader Joe’s on the Island. I do not get commission when you click the link to Amazon, I’m just giving you the quick short cut.

Wednesday: I might not be back in town, so anyone can throw the French Chicken into the crockpot. Tangy and sorta sweet chicken served with rice and a green vegetable. Quick and easy.

Thursday: Sauteed Redfish and crab cakes. Cooking once and serving left overs tomorrow. Serving with a baked potato and salad.

Friday: Fish tacos. We will use the left over fish from Thursday and add it to corn tortilla shells with cole slaw. I found the perfect suace for our fish tacos. It’s from Wal-mart. It’s their brand of Zesty ranch dipping sauce.

Saturday: Party with my work peeps-everyone’s bringing sides to have with pulled pork. I’m bringing my mom’s fruit salad.

Sunday: Grilled pork chops with Broccoli Apple Salad
