This recipe is so simple, because it is in the crock-pot and you basically dump and cook. It is great for starting on a Sunday before church. You can then turn Monday into a pulled pork BBQ sandwich.
Ingreients
Pork roast
3 cups of chicken broth
1 whole onion chopped
3 stalks of celery washed and chopped
salt and pepper to port roast
1 tsp marjoram
3 gloves of garlic
Directions
Salt and pepper roast.
Place roast with fat side down into crock pot. Dump rest of ingredients into crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. You can cook on high for 4-6 hours, may be tough. Make sure temperature for pork is at 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
