I am loving our updated FASTer Way To Fat Loss carb cycle. I have noticed my sleep is improving and I feel leaner after certain days in my belly again. One reason I am seeing the results again, I am tracking my macros.
It is easy to start slipping back to undereating because you think you know what you need to eat. I have been eating this way for a year, I too still need to track to make sure I am getting my required macros.
My first tell tale sign is in my sleep and sweets craving in the afternoons. When this happens I go back to tracking. We use the app My fitness pal. One thing you must do is track what you eat. You can not manage what you do not track.
Eat whole foods as often as you can and enjoy your meals this week.
Monday – New recipe and low carb day. Spaghetti Squash Carbonara
Tuesday – Chicken tacos. My favorite easy meal to cook – 3 ingredients- 4 if you use the rotel or cream cheese.
Wednesday – Venison Stir Fry- will work on writing this out for you. We use the Bird’s Eye frozen stir fry bag of veggies with sauce
Thursday– Chicken Gumbo This can be a weekday meal if you plan ahead. Pre cook your chicken and save stock and chicken or easier yet buy the rotisserie on your way home. Don’t forget to get your chicken stock (2 quarts) in a can.
Friday – Left overs
Saturday – Baked chicken and loaded cauliflower casserole and green beans
Sunday– Enchiladas with beans and rice
