Meals for Moffett week of March 30

This week it’s really hitting home. Our beaches have closed but I am thankful we have our seawall. In the FASTer Way, we are back to our “normal” carb cycle.

I enjoyed the March cycle with the feast days and low macro days. It helped me re-focus on tracking my macros. I am really working this last week to not turn to junk or quick snacks during the evening. Adding in weeding my gardens and cleaning certain areas of my home when I find myself standing in the pantry.

Yes, even as a coach I fight this during times of stress. I am starting each day with praise and thanksgiving and definitely making time for my workouts.

Keeping it simple again.

Monday – left over pulled pork with a huge salad. Everyone else will have BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. This pulled pork roast was the best I’ve made in a long time. I used Fiesta Blend seasoning Uncle Chris steak seasoning.

TuesdayTaco Salad – Catalina style Dad made this for us. It is basically Taco salad with beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, lettuce and your taco meat.

Wednesday- Chicken with Veggies. One pot meals.

Thursday Spring Rolls and Sushi Bowl

Friday- Fish Tacos – using our redfish sauteed recipe

SaturdayBeans and Rice

Sunday– left overs – who knows.
