Bye Bye Belly, Hello Happiness

These last 3 days have been a whirlwind of information and emotions. So thankful I was able to attend our FASTer Way To Fat Loss conference. There were tears, laughter, deep thinking, planning, learning, and making new friends and reconnecting with old ones.  Meeting the online coaches and leaders in person that you feel you have known forever was wonderful.

Sitting through the presentations and talking with others I began to realize and understand I am no different than the lady sitting next me or on stage.

It is human nature to fear judgement and battle self-doubt when we step out of our comfort zone.  Learning how to squish this, for better term, will be the deciding factor on how you work towards your goal or dreams.

Learning this is your journey and dreams keeps you focused on your why, your end goal, and your purpose. Once you find your purpose and why this will show you the person you are meant to be.  Knowing who you are will help you stay in your lane.

Staying in your lane means you stop comparing yourself to others.  Keep your eyes on your goal, your dreams. You are not her, nor will you be.  You are you.  Be who you are not what others want you to be. Once you start practicing putting on your blinders, being you, know your why and purpose, the self confidence will come.  Self-doubt and negative self-talk will be squished.

Write down your positive affirmations and say them out loud.

I am strong.

I am healthier.

I am beautiful.

I am a great mom, wife, friend.

I am creative.

I am a Child of God.

You get the point – Find your positive qualities that make you, you.  This will far out way negative thoughts that creep in.  Remind yourself of these daily.

Knowing I do not want to fight the battles of being diabetic, on high blood pressure medicine and unable to climb stairs or walk when I age is my why.

My purpose is to show up daily and be the true reflection of Christ in me.   Showing women that you don’t have to have weight gain with menopause, which can lead to the other chronic diseases of diabetes and high blood pressure, exhaustion and unhappiness.

Giving women and men the tools and skills, they need to stop dieting and undereating.

The FASter Way To Fat Loss was my start to changing physically.  My belly started shrinking. Once I started seeing the physical changes the biggest reward to come was the mindset and mental change I experienced.

Finding out I was a perfectionist type person when it came to who I should be, what I should do to lose wait was exhausting. Losing the all or nothing thinking, progress over perfection thinking; in short I found the freedom in my thinking!

Are you ready to get your energy back, improve your sleep, start to learn progress over perfection and take control of your health?
